Adventures in Stone and Soil in Pictland

This talk by Professor Gordon Noble will outline some of the major discoveries of the Northern Picts Project which explores a complex and powerful society in Northern Britain from circa 300 – 900 CE.

Professor Noble is a leading Scottish archaeologist based in Aberdeen University. His work spans from the Mesolithic to Medieval periods with particular focus on the archaeology of the Picts.
